But first, let me explain why I started emailing you in the first place.
For 27 years, I let life happen to me.
And here’s where it got me:
😑 Bored, 9-5 employee.
🥓 Heaviest I’d ever been (thanks, Keto)
💔 Watching debt and divorces pile up around me.
Every week, I’d sit in my office thinking, “Is this it?”
But I didn’t know what to do about it. I didn’t know what my “purpose” in life was.
Now, I think I do. And that brings me to you.
If you’ve ever felt like your life could be better, but you don’t know how to change, this one’s for you.

THE LIMITING BELIEF
“I’m not who I want to be, but it’s hard to change.”
Let’s make this the last time you ever say that. Because saying “it’s hard” is just giving yourself permission to not try.
If it were truly hard to change, I’d still be throwing up 5x a day.
When I realized I wasn’t proud of who I’d become, I changed—starting with my eating disorder. I recovered without rehab because I decided to change my mind.
If I wanted to change my life, I had to change what I believed was possible.
So, I coached myself into:
💪🏻 The best physical and mental shape of my life.
❤️ The happiest relationship I could ever hope for.
🍾 Growing my income from $0 to $16k/month in 6 months.
How? I fixed my relationship with me.
THE ACTION: ANSWER THIS QUESTION
What does your 2025 version of “have it all” life look like?
Not 20 years ago. Not if you could start over from scratch.

I said earlier that I didn’t know what my “purpose” was. But I think I do now:
To live a ridiculously happy life, and show other people how they can, too.
