“I thought once I got the next job or the next certificate, I’d finally feel fulfilled. But that feeling never came.”

Eventually, her body shut down.

She felt so physically drained and emotionally exhausted that she didn’t want to get out of bed anymore.

She knew this wasn’t the way to live, so she looked for answers outside of our typical societal norms.

She found Ayurveda. Yoga. Breathwork. Nervous system regulation.

Not as self-care trends—but as medicine.

First, she healed herself. Then, she started sharing her journey on LinkedIn.

She now runs her own business full-time, helping other people do exactly what she did: Overcome burnout, find the answers within themselves, and reconnect with their purpose.

And she’s grown an audience of 80,000 followers—not by going viral, but by going deep.

Where we get it wrong

Magdalena’s top clients are entrepreneurs, because so many of us have experienced that feeling of wanting something more.

And somewhere along the journey of trying to find our “more,” we burn ourselves out through extreme disconnection.

But here’s the part most entrepreneurs miss: Burnout isn’t a mindset problem.

Anxiety isn’t solved by a calendar. Feeling stuck isn’t laziness.

Your body is trying to get your attention. Not to punish you—but to protect you.

“You can’t heal if your body doesn’t feel safe,” Magda told me. “And you can’t feel safe if your nervous system is constantly in survival mode.”

This isn’t about ditching strategy altogether.
It’s about learning when to listen to your mind—and when to listen to your body.

If you’ve been relying only on logic, productivity, and pushing through...you’re likely running on energy borrowed from tomorrow.

But no matter what you’re doing—whether or not you’re an entrepreneur—success isn’t sustainable if it’s built on burnout.

“Nervous system regulation can literally be anything that calms your body down.”

  • Yoga

  • Humming

  • Deep breathing

  • Going for a walk in nature

These things might sound like quick fixes, and that’s fine.

Coming back to your body doesn’t have to take more than 10 minutes. But the rewards go far beyond that.
